Monitor consumer trends across the gaming landscape
Perform deep and detailed game tests to ensure smooth updates and launches of the games
Work together with other departments to collect and summarize feedback from players to gain insights for game optimization
Track, summarize and analyze various key metrics of the games
Work closely with the Translation team to localize game content and ensure results
Work closely with the Business Development team to source and identify high potential products
Extensive playtests and review games to assess merits across all key components (game design, game mechanics, balance, art, game economy, addressable audience, etc)
Requirements
2 years of experience in game operations or similar role, and proven track record for identifying player preferences and habits
Strong passion for interactive entertainment and a deep understanding of gameplay systems and mechanics
Comprehensive gaming experience across platforms
Good understanding of game key metrics
Strong ability to collect, analyze and summarize data
