Job Description

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for executing the strategic vision of AKG Games. The GM drives the achievement of revenue, in the following ways: further developing the growth engine, establishing short and long-range goals, and building and implementing strategies, plans and policies. The GM is responsible for the overall performance, strategy and alignment of all operations in the company. The GM will report directly to the CEO.

Roles:

  1. Strategize and translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning;
  2. Oversee company operations and performance monitoring; and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
  3. Develop a high-performance operation team;
  4. Drive solutions. Develop the company’s operation strategy and productivity plan. Ensure smooth implementation to achieve growth goals.
  5. Supervise and implement process: retail stores, wholesale partnerships, channel management, international/domestic logistics, digital marketing operations, enabling teams to optimize the company’s ability to generate additional revenue and improve customer retention.
  6. Revenue Generation and Pipeline Management: The GM will create, install, and manage a complete revenue process in order to assure that profitable revenue targets will be achieved. The GM will monitor revenue pipeline of each revenue stream to determine in advance the level of risk to obtaining desired goals and what adjustments should ultimately be implemented to achieve revenue goals.
  7. Oversee all Channel/Partner Development adding new sales channels, revenue generation and partners

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at minimum, a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. A Master’s Degree/Postgraduate is advantageous.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience, of which 5 are in a leadership position in a relevant industry such as Gaming, Media, Content Publishing and Intellectual Property is required.
  • Excellent English, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record in catalyzing business growth.
  • Posses strong interpersonal skills to manage a variety of people assertively and confidently.
  • Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
  • Understanding of advance business planning and regulatory issues.

Job Description

The Revenue and Sales Director manages current channels, identifying new revenue channels and the delivery of sales. The Revenue and Sales Director will oversee the management of the sales department, overseeing all sales-related activities.

Roles:

  1. Meeting and surpassing sales and revenue targets.
  2. Finding new revenue sources and sales channels.
  3. Maintain and strengthen relation with existing channels.
  4. Work with the Marketing Director to implement games’ marketing and promotional strategies and grow market share.
  5. Search for relevant opportunities to generate maximum revenue
  6. Develop a Strategic Action Plan and Channel Program to achieve higher market share.
  7. Manage a team of Area Sales Representatives to perform optimally

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • At least 8 years’ experience, of which 4 years in a leadership role, handling traditional and non-traditional distribution channels. Preferred industries: Gaming, Telecom/ FMCG/ Media / Pharmaceutical/ Retail.
  • Good understanding about PC/Mobile Games, Intellectual Property, and Animation content.
  • Understanding of traditional and new media distribution channels.
  • Excellent English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing the company’s marketing, promotional and social media strategies and initiatives. The Marketing Director is responsible for ensuring the company’s and its properties overall visibility. Responsibilities also include building a healthy social media following, customer database management and leading the public relations team.

Roles:

  1. Develop the annual marketing strategy taking into account key product launches and relevant initiatives.
  2. Lead a marketing team to identify long-term and short-range issues and develop relevant marketing campaigns.
  3. Work with the Revenue and Sales Director to implement games’ marketing and promotional strategies and grow market share.
  4. Grow the company’s and games’ visibility through relevant public relations campaigns and developing market specific press releases.
  5. Lead the company’s social media and content development strategy to create engaging content and grow its audience.
  6. Maintain and develop the game’s database of consumers and advocates.

Requirements
